Edit a company address

For Admins

You can edit a company address, either on the Company Info page, or when you are changing an employee's job information. See Change an employee's salary or other job information.

To edit a company address

  1. Log in to your HR Tools account.

  2. In the upper-right corner, select Settings .

    The Company Info page is displayed.

  3. In the Company Addresses section, select View.

    The list of existing work locations is displayed.

  4. Select Edit for the address to change.

  5. Type information on the Edit Work Address form and then select Submit.

If you want to use the feature to add new people from a CSV file, the name you specify here for the Office Name is the name you will need to specify in the Office Location column of the CSV file. See Add new people from a CSV file.
