Update benefits plan documents

For Admins

You can update plan documents for a benefits plan. You can upload multiple plan documents for each plan. The supported file type is PDF, with a maximum file size of 10MB for each file.

To update benefits plan documents

  1. On the  Benefits page, select the Plans tab.

  2. Select View for the plan category, for example, Medical, Vision, etc.

  3. Select > Edit Plan for the plan to update.

  4. On the Step 2 Plan Details page, add or remove plan documents as needed.

    1. To add a plan document, select Browse. Optionally, you can also provide a description for the plan document(s).

    2. To remove a plan document, select the X next to a plan document.

      There is no confirmation for this action, but if you remove a document in error, select Back at the bottom of the page to cancel the action.

  5. At the bottom of the page, select Continue, and then select Complete.
